Returns
We want you to be fully satisfied with your UpgradeYourBimmer™ AI Box.

• Defective or damaged items – If your item arrives faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo/video proof. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

• Change of mind / non-defective returns – You may return your product within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

• Refunds – Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process the refund to your original payment method.
